For all of you ice cream lovers out there, I know what your thinking, Ice cream with just one ingredient? How is it possible? Im here to show you that not only is it possible but its delicious. A few days ago I stumbled upon a recipe that called for just one ingredient to make ice cream, albeit there is no cream and there is no milk, nonetheless its one take on ice cream. To add more flavor you can mix carob powder or chocolate, peanut butter, honey and cinnamon, etc. I prefer to eat mine with honey and cinnamon. Its a wonderful treat for both children and adults and helps to crave your sweet tooth. You can also substitute the banana for an avacado.
Directions for Banana Ice cream
Take 2-3 bananans and cut into small piece
Place the pieces onto a plate and place in the freeze for 2-4 hours.
Remove the banana from the freezer and place into a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy.

This is big in the weightwatchers/dieting community. I've never tried it but everybody always says it's very good. I had forgotten about it actually...gonna have to try it one of these days, inshallah.
yummmmm!!!! i wanna do this later today. haven't been eating ice cream since I've started dieting 3 weeks ago.
@hijabrockers: Im also on a diet =P so i know how hard it is to stay away from ice cream! I love mixing mine with chocolate (carob is a natural chocolate works great). You can also make it with avocados or any other fruit!
